We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours from the order confirmation date. If you need to receive your jewellery any sooner, please let us know. If it’s possible and we can, we will! 

Orders placed before 12PM will be dispatched on the same day to arrive the next day. Orders placed after 12PM will be dispatched the following working day. (Excluding weekends/public holidays). As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. 

Malaysia & Singapore

International Shipping

7 - 21 working days 

Free standard worldwide shipping for orders above MYR 350.

Pre-Order Items 

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your pre-order jewellery to arrive upon the payment is made. If your order consists of both ready stock and pre-order jewellery, the whole order will be placed on hold and shipped together once the jewellery has arrived. If you wish to have your ready stock jewellery to be shipped first, simply contact us for further arrangement. 

Same Day Delivery (Klang Valley, Malaysia only)

If you can’t wait to get your jewellery, we have the best solution for you! Same Day Delivery is available between 10AM to 5PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please allow an estimation of 3 hours for the parcel to reach to you after order is placed. 

Kindly contact us for the fees as it varies depending on the area. 

While most shipments from REALYOU will arrive within the above timeframes, shipments can be subject to various delays that are out of our control such as carrier or shipping delays, peak season, weather, customers, etc. If we are alerted of any known delays that affect your order, we will make sure to inform you.
