We believe that jewellery is meant to be worn every single day. All our REALYOU demi-fine jewellery requires very little care and attention - just wear and enjoy! To keep them looking their best, here are some helpful tips to take care of your favourite pieces.

Brightness Preservation

With time and wear, it is completely natural for sterling silver to oxidise overtime when it's exposed to harsh chemicals or environments. But, YOU matter to us. Our gold vermeil is plated with 18K Gold to make sure your jewellery will be protected from exposure and helps to reduce long-term tarnishing. So you can basically wear them everyday and everywhere, even in the shower! 

Remember, always take your demi-fine jewellery off before you go for a swim, do housework (especially dishwashing), or apply lotions, perfume or hair products.

Storing Your Jewellery

Jewellery should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat. For extra care, we recommend to always store your demi-fine jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your REALYOU pouch so the jewellery doesn't tangle together or scratch against each other. 

Cleaning Your Jewellery

Cleaning your REALYOU jewellery is pretty easy. You can even do it at home by soaking the jewellery in lukewarm soapy water for about 10 minutes, then use a soft toothbrush to gently clean off any residue. Use a lint-free, 100% cotton cloth to give the piece a gentle wipe and it will shine right back up.
