REALYOU should meet or exceed your expectations. However, our jewellery is all handmade so there will be possibility that you receive faulty goods. We offer a thirty (30) days LIMITED WARRANTY on all jewellery and would be happy to repair any damages within this period. Please keep your original invoice to validate proof of purchase for a warranty claim. 

30-Days Limited Warranty

We provide a 30-day limited warrant for all jewellery from the date you receive it. REALYOU shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the defective jewellery is returned to us.

Customers with Malaysia and Singapore addresses will only need to pay for the postage to REALYOU, while we will take care of the return postage. Customers with other International Addresses are required to pay for both the postage to REALYOU and return postage. 

During this warranty period, if the jewellery is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will repair the jewellery or replace it with the same or similar jewellery. However, if we determine the jeweller is not caused by a manufacturing defect but due to wear and tear, we will repair it at a flat service fee of RM50.

Repairs will take approximately 3 weeks, depending on the severity of the damage. 


Our warranty does not cover common jewellery issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects such as: 

  • Discolouration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in swimming pools, and hot tubs. 
  • Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out. 
  • The loss of gemstone is caused by damager from everyday wear or other damage.

As we stand behind our designs and manufacturers, any third-party jewellery altering your jewellery will void your warranty with us. 

Lifetime Limited Warranty (After 30 days)

REALYOU provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty for all our jewellery even after 30 days. This means that if there is any damage to the jewellery, we will repair it at a flat service fee of RM50. Any additional repair costs will be borne by us. 

Customers with Malaysia and Singapore addresses will only need to pay for the postage to REALYOU, while we will take care of the return postage. Customers with other International Addresses are required to pay for both the postage to REALYOU and return postage.

Lifetime Limited Warranty (After 30 days)

To preserve the beauty and shininess of REALYOU jewellery, we strongly recommend customers to clean their jewellery once every week. You can even do it at home! For immediate remedies, use a soft toothbrush with dishwashing liquid and water to gently brush the ring. 

Please avoid harsh chemicals such as hairspray, lotion, and chlorine. Just like any fine jewellery, these chemicals can damage the surface of the jewellery. 

If you would like our jewellery to be cleaned professionally by us, simply send us a message and we will clean your jewellery at no charges at all. 

We provide complimentary cleaning for: 

  • Demi-fine jewellery: Three (3) years from the date of purchase
  • Fine jewellery and Customised jewellery: Five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Cleaning will take approximately 3 weeks.
